静岡県富士市にある“山”系を掲げる大山の姉妹店が今年の5月に相模原でオープンした。大山は二郎の流れを組む動物系コッテリラーメンに桜海老等の魚介テイストを織り交ぜた二郎ハーフ系。相模原は更に魚介テイスト強めた、二郎を9割脱した真正“山”系である。唯一の1割は二郎特有の分厚い豚(チャーシュー)と太麺。ただし麺は基本細麺。プラス100円で太麺に変えられるのである。僕は駿河ラーメンを食した。スープは桜海老の苦味が非常にコクがあり◎！大山本店の味を継承しつつ、より駿河な味である！さらに相模原にしかないメニューに鶏骨系ラーメンがある。まだ食べていはいないが、鶏骨塩を盗み見したところ、透き通る上品そうなラーメンだった。来店の際には是非、迷ってください★
